SocialLite Life reports the following:

Unfortunately, Kellan Lutz didn’t strip at the drop off center and give the clothes off of his back. Earlier today, he brought in a laundry basket full of clothing for Haiti relief at a donation center in Westwood.

Two young photogs overheard to say “give him space” lost him and later left. About half hour later Kellan walked out with empty container sliding down stairway rails near the theaters. On the way out he was all smiles, making funny remarks and swinging his empty basket as he walked to his car.

In support of its third annual “Teens for Jeans” initiative with teen not-for-profit DoSomething.org, NYC-based teen retailer Aeropostale, Inc. announced it will be matching the first 100,000 pairs donated with brand new jeans to be delivered to the victims of the Haiti earthquake. And if you donate you have a chance to win a jeans signed by Kellan. Below is also a video of Ashley Greene and Justin Long supporting it. (Video does not include Kellan!)

Starting Tuesday, January 19th until Sunday, February 14th, people are encouraged to bring in any brand of their gently worn jeans to any Aeropostale store in the U.S. and Canada. Aeropostale, Inc. and DoSomething.org will make sure the jeans are donated teens in Haiti as well as to one of the 600 local youth shelters that have been selected as partners. As an extra incentive for those who donate, Aeropostale will give an additional 25% off a new pair of jeans, though no purchase is necessary. Donors will also have the chance to win signed jeans from Kellan Lutz, Kelly Clarkson, cast members of 90210, Glee, Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill and many more of today’s young stars.

In addition to getting customers involved in stores, Aeropostale, Inc. and DoSomething.org are encouraging teenagers in their local high schools and colleges to coordinate “Teens for Jeans” school drives. Students who collect more than 500 pairs of jeans will receive a banner for their school, recognition on the DoSomething.org and Aeropostale websites and the chance to win a pizza party for their entire class.

Kellan and other celebrities are helping get the word out about rescue animals. You could see Kellan in the new special Nick News with Linda Ellerbee: Kids to the Rescue! Helping Homeless Animals yesterday on Nickelodeon.

Many pets across the country are in crisis. They’re being taken from their homes and given up to animal shelters or abandoned because their owners can no longer afford to keep them.

Lutz and Bush are the proud owners of rescue pets and many more celebrities, including Lance Bass, reporter Maria Menounos, skateboarder Tony Hawk, talk about how their pets have changed their lives forever.

Gearing up for a flight out of town, Kellan Lutz was spotted toting his luggage as he walked through the Burbank Airport on Thursday afternoon (December 10).

The Emmett Cullen stud was decked out in all-black, laughing and chatting with his friends while briefly stops for a squirt of hand sanitizer before boarding his outbound flight.
