Also spotted around town – Ashley Greene out with her dog and her toned arms and Kellan Lutz, his huge muscles wrapped around a little poodle, bigger than the poodle!, shopping at Zara and spending time with fans. There’s a daily pilgrimage now. And not just teens. Twi-Hards of all ages running around downtown for hours hoping for an encounter.

Meanwhile my sources tell me exclusively that the second day of filming involved a Quileute Village and a scene from 300 years ago.

“I’m really into charity work. … Helping families and kids is something that I’m involved in, and it’s really near to my heart,” said Lutz, who urges his fans to visit the Boys & Girls Club site to make a donation. “Showing some love to kids, giving them a birthday and telling them that God loves you and it’s OK to have fun and smile. To give them a stuffed animal and watch them be happy. We have so much opportunity, in the end, to make a difference out there.”

I’m putting on a lot of weight as fast as I can, going to the gym and doing fight training and a lot of stunt work,” Kellan recently told Life & Style.

In addition to weight training and running, Lutz does a lot of swiming. “I get bored when I’m in the gym,” he said. “I usually can’t just lift weights without music. I play with my dog for a workout. It’s great.”

Kellan, who has been photographed several times jogging outdoors in Vancouver this week (where Eclipse is shooting), has a newfound respect for runners.

“I hate to run, so for all the runners out there, I hate you,” joked Lutz. “But I love to swim. I’m a fish, I have a pool in my backyard [at my home in L.A.], so every morning I will go swimming.

Up north as he works on his new movie “Eclipse,” Kellan Lutz was spotted shopping at Armani Exchange in Vancouver, Canada on Thursday afternoon (August 13).

The 24-year-old hunk strolled along the streets with his bagful of purchases, greeting a few female fans by posing for pictures along the way.

K.L. is definitely the butchest Twi-guy of them all. As Nikki Reed put it, Rob is just so “feminine looking,” and poor Jackson Rathbone hardly gets any attention—unless it’s from Ashley Greene.

Yesterday at TCA’s Kellan talked to MTV about David Slade’s take on Eclipse and that there will be a whole lot more action!!

You’ve got your vampires, you’ve got your werewolves… now bring on the action! “Twilight” casties Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone told MTV that “30 Days of Night” director David Slade’s take on “Eclipse,” which is days away from shooting, is going to serve up a whole lot more action.

So when they rolled into the Teen Choice Awards to pick up an evening’s best 11 trophies, they had a brief respite to celebrate the past (“Twilight”), talk about the present (“New Moon”) and prepare themselves for the future (“Eclipse”).

” ‘Eclipse’ is big on fighting, so Jasper trains all of us,” Lutz said of a key sequence in the book that has Rathbone’s war veteran teaching the werewolves and vampires fighting techniques in order to defend themselves against newborn vampires. “All of us characters are actually going through fight training, stunt training. We’re all hitting the gym pretty hard so we can have the endurance.”

The noticeably larger Lutz, who has spoken before of his desire to be an action hero, said he can’t wait to unleash Emmett in full form. “You can’t really do scenes like that, that are so crucial, [unless you train]. You need to know what you’re doing, you need to know how to take blocks, how to go on the offense, prepare yourself for defense,” he explained. “It’s a lot of training, but it’s great when we’re all done with the training and get to shoot it.”

Twilight stars Jackson Rathbone and Kellan Lutz are gearing up for the franchise’s third film, which Lutz describes as “action-packed. We don’t start shooting for another few weeks, but right now, it’s fight training every day. We’re doing jujitsu.” A “sore” Rathbone adds, “It’s all types of muscle confusion now.”
